While walking on the path by my house today I was praying about current events and seeking a word from the Lord. When I was almost back from the three mile hike I heard this from the Lord, “Earthly wealth may come and go but Heaven’s coin is sure: knowledge for your head, wisdom for your heart, healing in your hands, the gospel for your feet, the sword of the Spirit in your right hand, and My provision.”

That was a lot for me to contemplate. Here are some scriptures that support this word:

Knowledge: “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.” Proverbs 1:7

Wisdom: “But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.” James 3:17

Healing Hands: “And He sent them to preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick.” Luke 9:2

Gospel: “…And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace.” Ephesians 6:15

Sword of the Spirit: “[and take the] sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.” Ephesians 6:17b

Provision: “But my God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” Philipians 4:19

“I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.” Psalm 37:25
